Bohemian Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 ¼ cups sifted confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 ½ bars or 6 ounces grated German sweet chocolate
2 ¼ cups sifted flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill for several hours. Shape into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar when cool.
